Built on the expertise of former FMCSA regulators, we exist to provide accurate, affordable safety and compliance solutions to the trucking industry.

Lane VanIngen is the owner of Transportation Compliance Experts. Lane serves as the group’s lead DOT expert witness, and is currently focused primarily on shipper, broker, and third-party liability cases regarding trucking industry crashes and incidents. Lane has a wealth of experience in the industry standards of care, as well as the interpretation and proper application of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, including as adopted by individual states.
Dave Griffin
Dave has a wealth of experience in the interpretation and proper application of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, including as adopted by individual states. He consults and testifies regarding industry regulations and the standard of care applicable to motor carriers, drivers, shippers, and freight brokers.

Bruce’s experience provides unique perspective about industry standards of care within the broker and shipper community, as they interact with motor carriers to facilitate commercial motor vehicle product shipments.
Carl Rochford
Carl has decades of experience within the trucking industry as it implements programs and practice to comply with the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations, including as adopted by individual states. He consults and testifies regarding industry regulations and the standard of care applicable to motor carriers and drivers. With personal experience that includes performing CDL operations and the supervision of drivers within the industry, Carl brings unique perspective to cases that benefit from his industry experience.
David Ford
