David W. Ford

David has a wealth of experience in the interpretation and application of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSRs) over decades of experience, including as adopted by individual states.  He consults and testifies regarding industry regulations and the standard of care applicable to motor carriers and drivers.  David also has much experience and is a subject matter expert with the Federal Hazardous Materials Regulations, including how they are applicable within the industry to motor carriers, shippers, cargo tank operations, and other industry stakeholders.
